Reiki

This ancient Japanese healing art uses the laying on of hands to help your system balance itself. It works on all physical, emotional, and spiritual levels to bring body and mind into an even balance.

Distance Healing

Energy work can help your mind, body, and spirit relax, recharge, and restore balance. It may help your body heal faster, reduce pain, and even become more resilient. It can help you reduce anxiety, manage depression, and restore calm. It can also help you gain clarity, insight, and focus. Reinvigorate your spirit, expand your power, and realize your potential now—energy work taps into all that's inside of you. And it's no less powerful when worked at a distance. Whether you're busy or far away, we can work together while you stay in the comfort of your schedule and safety of your own space.

Healing energies from crystals, stones, gems, and nature—along with sound, vibrational tuning, and other modalities—are combined to serve your needs. Distance sessions include an altar created just for your healing purposes. Distance sessions can be conducted live via Zoom or Facetime or without an online service. A photo of your personalized healing altar will also be sent to your phone or email.

Johanna uses a combination of specialized tuning forks, hand-hammered Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, and a blend of ancient Native American healing traditions and Reiki to create a meditative journey. Restore and realign your energy, release physical, mental, or emotional stress using powerful sound and vibrational therapy. The sounds and vibrations produce a deep state of relaxation as they balance and stimulate your body, mind, and spirit.

Gong Bath Meditation

Bath your mind, body, and spirit in deep, resonant vibrations as the enveloping sound of live instruments washes over you. Sonic waves carry away toxic noise and stress. As you let go of all that weighs you down you are filled with calm, clarity and a deep sense of peace and well-being.

Akashic Records
